After you order is placed:
You will receive an order confirmation via email and your order is handled from our warehouse. Typically within 24 hours. Then handed over to DHL for shipping.
DHL sends a tracking number to the email you used in the order and transports the package.
DHL notifies you that you shipment is delivered. Pickup at your nearest service point.
Email us within at [email protected] 14 days from receiving your order. Include: • order number,
• what you would like to return and
• If you don’t mind, the reason for your return or exchange.
Fill in the return form that came with your order. Make sure to mark it with “exchange” or “return”. If you’re exchanging the product, also fill out which product, color and size.
Put the products back in the bag they came in and in a package that can handle the journey. Use the included, prepaid, return slip and hand it in at a DHL service point.
Please note The products can be tried on but not used. Return only products that are in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept products smelling strongly from anything, nor products with animal hair or dust on them. If we find that the returned item fails to fulfill above requirements we reserve the right to return the product to you and charge the freight costs. All returns are inspected on arrival.
We return your money as soon as we have received the return and insured that all of the above is in order.
Returns are charged with the cost of freight. Same as the freight cost specified.

You have the right to change your mind and return the order within 14 days from receiving it. Your payment will be refunded when your product is returned and the time it takes to process the refund (approximately 14 days).
In the unfortunate case of one of our products being defective, email us at [email protected]. Describe the issue thoroughly and attach images to allow us to assess the problem as quickly and correctly as possible.
For goods returned to us after not being picked up we charge a fee of 29.9 € (299 kr). The payment for the order is refunded and the fee is withdrawn.
